Class Descriptions
GENTLE YOGA
A gentle flow of poses to
strengthen and stretch the body
with either
meditation or breath work to calm the mind.
Classes appear as Rise & Shine and Lunch Break Yoga.
All levels.
Props encouraged, but optional.
VINYASA FLOW
An energetic but mindful yoga practice designed to build strength. Movements are connected with the breath as you flow through creative sequences.

A knowledge of yoga recommended, but variations are offered for beginners.
CHILL YOGA
Find your bliss in a yin or restorative class.
Yin classes may
require props and
help stretch and release the muscles and fascia.
Restorative classes require props & are designed to relax and restore the mind, body and spirit.

Class type will be noted.
VIN-YIN
Get the best of both worlds in this half vinyasa and half yin class. Begin with a mindful flow of movements to build strength followed by longer held poses to help increase flexibility and mobility.
All levels.
Props encouraged, but optional.
YOGA BASICS
A slower paced class focused on building strength, flexibility and mobility. Great for beginners, or anyone looking for a refresh on yoga foundations. Expect to workshop poses, learn pose names (English & Sanskrit), benefits, and modifications or variations as well as how to use props.

All online classes are held LIVE via Zoom.
Click the sign-up button to register and pay in-advance.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
The Zoom link will be sent to the email you provided during registration one hour before class starts.
If you need to cancel, our policy allows for cancellation up to one-hour prior to class start time with a credit applied to your account, or if applicable the class will be applied back to a package or subscription.
